Delete your All My Cameras account

You can delete your All My Cameras account at any time. It deletes everything saved in the account.

In the app

In the All My Cameras app (iPhone, Android or the web app at allmycameras.com/app/), open Settings, then under Your account tap Delete my account and tap it again to confirm. The account is deleted straight away.

By email

If you can't open the app, email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address and, if you used Google, your name.
• The gear and packs saved in your account, including serial numbers and notes.
• Your public name and any kits you shared (their links stop working).
• Your chats with the assistant and the count of questions you asked.

What is kept, and for how long

• Nightly backups of the database are deleted after 14 days, so your data is gone from them within 14 days.
• Server logs, which record IP addresses but not your account, are kept for about two weeks.
• Gear saved only on your phone or browser stays there until you remove the app or clear its data.
